So far, the service had been very good as Phil got in touch within 24hrs of my enquiry. Rick the artist also got in touch as planned and the portrait was done way before the deadline. I am very pleased with Teddy’s image- Rick captured his true likeness and I could “almost” touch Teddy! The detail was superb. It was made to the standard I would expect, in fact, it even exceeded my expectations!
The portrait was actually intended as a present for a family member and she was "over the moon" upon receiving it. So, thank you very much and I would highly recommend the quality of the service that you offer!
